Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 June 2026

When visiting this website or any other associated websites (the "Websites" or "Sites") owned by Method Gaming Limited ("Method", "We" or "Us") and its affiliates, we collect and manage user data according to the following privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy"). This document is part of the Websites' Terms of Use, and by using the Websites you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The Websites are owned by Method Gaming Limited.

Data we collect

We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Websites to monitor traffic and fix bugs — for example web requests, the data sent in response to such requests, the internet protocol (IP) address, the browser type, the browser language, and a timestamp for the request.

To enable certain features we use Cookies (defined below) to store session information. You can block or delete Cookies and still use the Websites, although you may not be able to use certain features. The Websites do not offer public user accounts, subscriptions or payments, so we do not collect account profiles, passwords or payment details from visitors. If you email us, we process your message and contact details to respond.

Should you wish to delete any Personal Information we hold about you, contact us at [email protected] and we will follow up as soon as possible. Minors should not use the Websites; by using them you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

How we use the data

We only use your Personal Information as indicated in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use — to provide and communicate about the Website services. We employ industry-standard techniques to protect against unauthorised access to data we store. Method may use your Personal Information to:

  • fulfil the purpose for which you provided it;
  • process and respond to your inquiries;
  • conduct internal research and reporting;
  • improve the content and features of the Websites;
  • personalise the content and advertising you see on the Websites;
  • enforce the legal terms that govern your use of the Websites; and
  • administer and troubleshoot the Websites.

Unless otherwise set out here, we do not share Personal Information without your consent, unless: it is needed to enforce our Terms of Use or is legally required; to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues; with vendors and advertising partners engaged by us to provide services or advertising you have consented to; if required by law, regulation or legal process; with third parties who perform services on our behalf; if necessary to protect any person's rights, property or safety; or in connection with a sale of our business or assets.

Sharing of data

We do not share your Personal Information with third parties except in accordance with this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use. We currently use Google Analytics for analytics and Playwire for advertising, and we rely on hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the Websites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies. We may share Personal Information with people and entities that perform tasks on our behalf (our "Agents"), who may only use it as necessary to assist us. If we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, user information may be among the assets transferred, and any acquirer may continue to use it as set out in this policy.

Tracking and automatically collected information

Method may keep track of the pages users visit within the Websites to determine which services are most popular and to deliver relevant content and advertising. Information about your device may be collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses, for the operation, quality and general statistics of the service.

Use of cookies

The Websites use cookies and similar technologies ("Cookies"). A Cookie is a small piece of record-keeping information stored on your device to identify it and associate activity with it. Most browsers accept Cookies automatically, but you can modify your browser settings to decline them. Non-essential Cookies (analytics and advertising) are only set with your consent. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail and how to manage them.

Children under thirteen

Method does not knowingly collect or store any Personal Information from children under thirteen (13), or under the relevant age threshold in the jurisdiction where the child is located. We may collect technical information required to deliver the service from all visitors. If a parent or guardian believes we have unintentionally collected a child's Personal Information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Links

The Websites contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites — please read the privacy policy of any site you visit that collects personal information.

Security of your Personal Information

Method takes a range of measures designed to protect your Personal Information and keep it confidential, and asks vendors who process it on our behalf to do the same. However, the internet is not a secure environment: you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet beyond our control, and that complete security cannot be guaranteed.

Your choices

You can control how non-essential Cookies are used through the consent controls on the Websites and your browser settings, and you can opt out of collection directly with third parties via their own tools and policies. To access or delete the Personal Information we hold about you, contact us at [email protected].

Users in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA)

We only process or transfer your Personal Information where we can rely on legal grounds and appropriate safeguards. Our lawful bases are:

  • Consent — for analytics and advertising Cookies and the related processing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, debug and improve the Websites, to provide support, and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.

You have the right to access, correct, update or delete your Personal Information; to object to or restrict processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

International transfers

Your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in countries where Method or its partners maintain facilities, including the United States. Where it is, we rely on an appropriate safeguard such as a UK adequacy decision, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, or European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. If you visit from outside the UK or EEA, your Personal Information may be processed on or transferred to servers in the United States or other countries. If you do not agree, please do not use the Websites.

External data storage

We may store data on servers provided by third-party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

For California residents: CCPA

This section supplements the information above and applies to California residents, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In the preceding twelve (12) months we may have collected the following categories of Personal Information:

  • A. Identifiers (e.g. IP address, cookie and advertising identifiers) — yes
  • B. California Customer Records (e.g. name/contact, only if you email us) — yes
  • C. Protected classification characteristics — no
  • D. Commercial information — no
  • F. Internet or other network activity — yes
  • G. Geolocation data (approximate) — yes
  • K. Inferences drawn from the above — yes

Through our ad-supported services, Method and our advertising partners may collect identifiers, internet activity, approximate geolocation and inferences (for example via Cookies and device identifiers) to tailor and measure advertising — which may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of Personal Information under the CCPA. California residents have the right to know, access, delete, and opt out of the sale/sharing of their Personal Information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a verifiable consumer request, email [email protected]. We will not provide information if we cannot verify your identity or authority.

How "Do Not Track" requests are handled

Our Websites do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. To determine whether the third-party services we use honour such requests, please read their respective privacy policies.

Common ID cookie

This site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies such as a Common ID cookie to support advertising. The Common ID cookie stores a unique identifier in the first-party domain that is accessible to our ad partners to improve user matching. You can opt out of this cookie through the consent controls on this site.

Advertising privacy settings

All or partial advertising on this Website is managed by Playwire LLC. If Playwire publisher advertising services are used, Playwire LLC may collect and use certain aggregated and anonymised data for advertising purposes. To learn more about the data collected, how it is used, and your choices, visit playwire.com/privacy-policy.

Changes to this policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of the information we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time. For major changes we will post a notice on the Websites. Questions or concerns? Write to [email protected].
