Aion 2: How to Farm EXP Quickly (Leveling Guide)
Here's a complete Aion 2 Leveling Guide!
Leveling up quickly in Aion 2 lets you to unlock new regions, skills, dungeons, and important progression systems faster. However, defeating monsters isn’t the fastest way to gain EXP if you are trying to level up.
So, if you are a beginner or want to reach the level cap quickly, here’s a complete guide that explains the best ways to farm EXP in Aion 2 without wasting time on inefficient grinding.
How to Farm EXP Quickly in Aion 2
If you want to farm EXP quickly in Aion 2 you need to focus on activities that provide the best EXP and rewards while minimizing the amount of time you waste. So, to help you maximize your EXP farming, we’ve mentioned the best ways to earn EXP fast in Aion 2.
Prioritize Main Story Quests
The main story quests, also called Episode quests, are the fastest and most reliable way to level up in Aion 2. They provide a lot of EXP while unlocking new areas and progression systems. Instead of clearing every activity on the map, follow the main story and complete its objectives before moving on to optional content.
Main story quests are your primary progression path and help you avoid spending too much time fighting enemies that provide less EXP. If your goal is to reach the level cap quickly, progress through the main story. However, use other methods only when your progress slows, or when you need to unlock crucial additional content.
Complete Regional Quests When You Need More EXP
Regional quests are useful when your character falls behind the recommended level for the next story objective. These side quests often provide additional EXP and rewards that help in your progression. So, it’s recommended to complete Regional quests periodically. Moreover, choose those that are close to you, as it will reduce your travelling time.
This approach is helpful when the main story is locked until you meet a level requirement or need to complete an additional progression objective. So, complete a few nearby regional quests to earn more EXP and rewards, which will help your progression.
Play Daily Dungeons for EXP and Additional Rewards
Dungeons are another useful option for leveling, especially when you need extra EXP while building your character. They can provide Enhancement Stones and a decent amount of EXP. You can play Daily Dungeons up to 14 times per week, and rewards vary based on the score you achieve.
Dungeons are especially worth participating in when the main story slows down, or you need resources to upgrade your equipment. However, make sure that you have good gear, as it will help you score more and clear the hack-and-slash dungeon easily.
NOTE: Daily Dungeons are different from Sealed Dungeons and will be unlocked once your character level reaches level 30.
Clear Sealed Dungeons and Strongholds
Sealed dungeons and strongholds can help you overcome progression bottlenecks while providing useful rewards. These activities are extremely useful when you need to strengthen your character before continuing the main story. You can find them on your map marked with the ‘?’ icon. If you see this icon, travel there to access the Sealed Dungeons or Strongholds.
Instead of treating them as optional content to complete much later, you should clear these objectives when your story progression stalls. They can provide Daevanion Crystals, Wisdom Stones, Enhance Stones, Titles, Kina, EXP, and more, which can significantly improve your combat performance in the long run.
Upgrade Your Equipment For Faster Clears
Although equipment upgrades do not directly replace EXP farming, they can significantly improve your leveling efficiency. Stronger equipment helps you defeat enemies faster and complete quests efficiently.
While you are leveling up, prioritize enhancing your weapon because it will help you clear enemies and bosses much faster. Likewise, you should also upgrade your other gear pieces, as it will help you tackle late-game content efficiently.
You should also invest skill points when you get them in skills that increase your damage or make your class more powerful. A stronger character can progress through the main story more smoothly, which reduces the need to stop for repetitive grinding.
Avoid Wasting Time on Monster Grinding
Repeatedly killing monsters in the open world is an easy way to farm EXP in the early game, but it is not the most efficient method. Main story quests are the best source of EXP, while regional quests and dungeons also offer additional rewards alongside EXP.
Monster grinding can still be useful when you have a specific objective or need to defeat nearby enemies for a main story quest. However, spending a long time farming monsters without checking your available quests can slow down your overall progression.
If you find yourself grinding because the next story objective is too difficult, consider upgrading your weapon or class skills. You can also check in your Cube Storage for better gear you might have obtained by completing quests. If you have any, click on the better gear and replace it with your old gear using the Equip option.
