Aniimo: How to Get Sparkling Aniimo

Although normal Aniimo are nice to catch, once in a while you may happen upon something called a Sparkling Aniimo. Just like how Pokemon have Shinies, Sparkling Aniimo are rare to find but have unique variants in their appearances. There's more than one way to get this variant, so we'll help you figure out how to get Sparkling critters in Aniimo.

How to catch Sparkling Aniimo

You can find Sparkling Aniimo throughout the open world, but they have very rare spawn rates. If you don't want to catch them naturally, you can get something called the Sparkling Cube, which turns a normal Aniimo into a Sparkling variant when thrown and caught.

Getting your hands on these Sparkling Cubes isn't easy, but one of the main ways to get them is by exchanging 1000 Sparkling Crystals for one Sparkling Cube from outpost vendors. You collect Sparkling Crystals by completing various activities, such as Elite Training, Sanctums, and other quests.

Otherwise, Sparkling Cubes are available to purchase within the in-game shop. These cost 1500 Lumin Crystals, which cost real money. Since it's an expensive microtransaction, we recommend getting Sparkling Cubes other ways.

You can also receive Sparkling Cubes through random event drops. For example, the final check-in reward for the "Set Out, Pathfinder" event is one Sparkling Cube!
