The arrival of humans in Moonlight Peaks opens up a lot of new storylines and opportunities in the game. As Jada opens the town Museum, her mother tackles a more relaxing venture with her Yoga Shack, and although it's a nice little plot all of its own, it has some rewarding payoffs as well.

How To Unlock The Yoga Shack
After unlocking your Mermaid form during "The Mermaid's Wish" questline, you'll be approached by Persephone and asked to help build the Yoga Shack. This quest ("Cosmic Preparations") requires you to deliver x6 Rose Quartz to Persephone, and afterwards you'll be invited to the grand opening in Luna Bay. Attend the grand opening, and the Yoga activity will officially be unlocked.
What Is Yoga In Moonlight Peaks?
After attending the grand opening of the Yoga Shack, you'll then be able to visit the venue every evening from 7PM-9PM and join the townsfolk in performing some Yoga routines. The mini-game is very simple, but can be a bit fiddly and might take some practice.
The aim of the game is to keep the white circle within the highlighted line. Failing to do so will cause your character to stumble during the Yoga position; however, you're able to begin again if you fall. To stay balanced, you need to use your left and right direction keys to move the circle within the curved line, but by using gentle movements.
If you successfully perform your Yoga routine, you will recover 3 Mana (only available once per night), so it's a fantastic way to have more spell power without having to eat or drink anything. Yoga is especially helpful if/when you've run out of ingredients to cook and still have some spellcasting to do. It should also be noted that the Yoga Shack closes after 9PM and won't reopen until the next evening.
