Alpha Minespine is located inside the Forgotten Mine in Beast Fang Ridge, which is part of the Breezy Plains region. The boss is hidden underground, so you cannot simply walk to its location from the surface. You first need to unlock the Earthwake Revelation upgrade from the Breezy Plains Branch, which requires 120 Lumin Amber. 

After you unlock the upgrade, travel to the Beast Fang Ridge Bloom and head west toward the rocky area. There, look for the crystal-lined cave entrance built into the hillside. The entrance is blocked by rocks, so you need to clear the obstruction using Cubbo or Grizbo’s Head Hammer skill. 

Once the entrance is accessible, use the Tunnel ability to enter the deeper section of the cave. Aniimo’s like Shrubclaw and Geodeback come with the Tunnel ability. Continue through the cave system until you reach the underground area where Alpha Minespine is waiting. The encounter costs 30 Primegy per attempt and has a respawn timer of 20 seconds.
