Final Fantasy Resonance: How to Find Mysidia & All Hidden Treasure Locations
Take flight and find the hidden city!
In Final Fantasy Resonance, once you reach Chapter 5 and unlock the airship, you will be tasked with finding the hidden city of Mysidia. The way this is supposed to be done is by scanning different spots on the world map to try to figure out the location.
Well, if you're having trouble trying to find Mysidia or working out how the process of scanning works, then we've got you covered. Everything you'll need to know about how to find the hidden city of Mysidia in Final Fantasy Resonance has been explained in the guide below - including the exact location to scan and how the airship works.
How the Airship & Scanner Works in Final Fantasy Resonance
Once you reach the beginning of Chapter 5, you will finally gain an airship, giving you fast travel across the open world map. However, your next task will be to locate Mysidia, a mysterious city that appears to be hidden from view on the map.
To locate Mysidia, you will need to use the airship scanner. To begin, enter your airship and make your way up to the steering wheel. You will now be placed on the overworld with the ability to scan areas and search for the hidden city.
Lid will give you feedback each time you scan, helping you further narrow down your search, so pay attention to what she says!
The problem is that unless you are close, Lid can be kinda vague. Only when you get warmer to Mysidia's hidden location will she start giving more useful info, like "A little to the West" or "Head up North just slightly". If you want to save yourself a tedious search across the map, then we've also included the exact location below so that you can narrow it down to the immediate area.
Where to Find Mysidia in Final Fantasy Resonance
Mysidia is a white, frosty-looking city that will only appear on the world map once you have identified it with the airship scanner. Mysidia's exact location can be found a little bit under the two islands in the Kingdom of Pharm, as marked on the map screenshot below:
How to Upgrade the Mysidia Scanner
In further chapters of Final Fantasy Resonance, you will have the opportunity to upgrade the Mysidia Scanner, which lets you discover hidden treasures across the world.
The upgrades are Magni-tenna, available in Chapter 6, Resonance Stone, available in Chapter 7, and High-Power Generator in Chapter 8. The first upgrade enables you to find 5 hidden treasures, and the second and third will enable you find another 4 treasures each.
