Moonlight Peaks: All Vampster Locations Guide
Find all Vampsters in Moonlight Peaks with this handy locations guide!
In Moonlight Peaks Vampsters are collectible creatures that are hidden all around the world map. There are many Vampsters in total to collect, and these little guys can blend into some spots of the map, so tracking them all down can be quite a chore if you don't know where to look.
If you want to collect all Vampsters for 100% completion, this guide has you covered. Their locations have been split up by map area, making everything nice and easy to follow. Screenshots showing the exact spot have also been included to make sure none of you descendants of Dracula miss any stray Vampsters.
Note: In some of the screenshots below, the Vampsters are missing. This is only because some of the Vampsters had already been delivered in our playthroughs, so we returned to the exact spot later. You should have no problems spotting them in your own game if you use these screenshots for reference.
All Vampster Locations in the Farm Area
There are four Vampster locations in total within the area of your Moonlight Peaks farm.
1 - The Crypt
The first Vampster can be found inside the Crypt where Viktor lives. You'll find it tucked away behind his coffin bed.
2 - To the Left of the Crypt
The second Vampster is very close to the first one! Simply exit Viktor's Crypt and continue walking to the left. It may be hard to spot at first, as it blends in to the foliage quite easily, but there is a Vampster sitting in the corner by the rock.
3 - The Waterfall
The third Vampster can be located South from your house, on the right side of the top of the waterfall. This one is sitting out in the open, perched on a rock. Just open your map, look for the waterfall, and head on over - you should have no problems spotting it.
4 - The Beach
The last Vampster within your farming lands is found on the beach at the bottom of the waterfall, directly down from the third Vampster. This one is enjoying beach life in the corner by the rocks, with a little sea shell on top of its head.
All Vampster Locations in Howling Marshes
There are seven Vampsters in total that can be found in the Howling Marshes area. Here's the exact location of each one.
1 - The Fallen Tree By the Waterfall
The first Howling Marshes Vampster is hidden behind a fallen tree located north of the first one. Look for a broken tree with golden mushrooms growing on it and nearby, as shown. It's next to a Heart Lamp by the base of the waterfall.
2 - By the Golden Mushroom Circle
The second Howling Marshes Vampster in the Almanac is on the other side of the area. Go to the top right corner of the Howling Marches and look to the right of the golden mushroom circle. The Vampster is by the rockface, hidden by a Weeping Willow tree.
3 - By the Broken Bridge
Vampster number three is by the broken bridge on the main path that leads north towards the Twilight Catacombs.
4 - Near the Wooden Crates & Boat
The fourth Vampster is by a wooden post next to the crates and boat near the west entrance to the Howling Marshes. If you've entered the area from Moonlit Pines (which would put you on the west side of the Howling Marshes), walk across the very first bridge you see above you, and head to the left.
5 - Left to the Door Between the Howling Marshes & Crypt
You cannot access this Howling Marshes Vampster until you have unlocked the Twilight Catacombs through the quest "A Key to the Deep". Once you have access, you can enter the catacombs from the door next to Victor's Crypt and travel through them to reach the exit in the Howling Marshes. The Vampster is on the left side of the Howling Marshes doorway.
In the image above, you can see a faint arrow indicating the Vampster's location. It's tucked between the stone table with the candles on it and the left side of the catacombs.
6 - Near the Couch Behind the Wooden Birdhouse
Vampster number six is to the right of the couch behind the bird that sits on a wooden birdhouse. The tree behind the birdhouse can't be cut down, but the Vampster is there, hiding just out of the way near the cliff edge.
In the image, it's the orange object you can just about see, directly above the player avatar.
7 - By the Edge of the Water Near the Central Waterfall
The seventh Howling Marshes Vampster is next to the water's edge by the central waterfall, above the catacombs entrance/exit.
All Vampster Locations in the Caves
There are some different caves in Moonlight Peaks where various Vampsters can be discovered. The first cave is the Cave of Echoes, which is found at Misty Shores. Then, theres Crystal Cave, which is located at a corner in the forest in Moonlit Pines. Lastly, there's Twilight Catacombs, which is unlocked by earning certain keys. First, you need to reach 25% Museum completion to earn the first key from Jada, which then leads into being given the Dracula key, which will unlock Twilight Cataombs at Viktor's Crypt.
There are 5 Vampster in Cave of Echoes, 2 Vampsters in Crystal Cave, and 3 Vampsters in the Twilight Catacombs area.
Cave of Echoes Vampsters
1 - Behind the Bell
Take the path on the lower right from the Cave of Echoes entrance until you find a Vampster hiding behind the Bell.
2 - By the Rocks Near the Water
From the bell, head north and immediately take a right on the path until you see a body of water with rocks. The Vampster will be tucked into these rocks.
3 - In the Small Oasis With Waterfalls
Once again, starting from the bell location, head straight north until you find a small oasis with waterfalls. The Vampster is in the direction of the left-most waterfall, alongside a rock and plant.
4 - At the Edge of the Cliff on the Foggy Path
From here, head to the foggy path on the right-hand side of the cave. Continue following the path until you see a set of pink flowers at the edge of a cliff. The Vampster will be sitting in front of these flowers.
5 - In the Middle of the Unlit Campfire
On the path going to the left from the Vampster home, you will be able to find the Vampster set in the middle of an unlit campfire.
Crystal Cave Vampsters
1 - Hiding Inside of the Boat
Head to the stairs from the entrance going south, then head left to the boat. The Vampster is hiding there.
2 - Resting on the Altar
Go to the path on the lower right-side of the cave until you see an altar. Here, the Vampster will be resting on the bench.
Twilight Catacombs Vampsters
1 - In the Right Corner by the Entrance
This Vampster is found right at the entrance's right corner, hidden between some leaves.
2 - By the Crates of Wine
Head to the rightmost part of the Twilight Catacombs and head down near the wine cellar. The Vampster is camouflaging within some wine crates.
3 - On the Shoreline Path Heading to Luna Bay
On the path going to Luna Bay, this Vampster is near the edge of the shoreline on the left side.
All Vampster Locations in Moonlit Pines
There are 14 Vampsters scattered throughout the Moonlit Pines area in Moonlight Peaks. Each one has been listed below.
1 - By the Pond
Near the pond that Yabbis sits in, slightly west of the circle of blue mushrooms.
2 - Near the Pumpkin Patch
North of the small patch of pumpkin crops. If you're struggling to find it, chop down the trees.
3 - On the Beach
Near the stairs on the Moonlit Pines beach where you meet Noel.
4 - Near Crystal Cave
Along the wall in front of the entrance to Crystal Cave.
5 - Near Fiona's House
In the corner of Fiona's garden to the left of the staircase.
6 - Luna's House
By Luna's bed up the spiral staircase.
7 - Moonlit Pines Entrance
To the left of the path from your farm into Moonlit Pines.
8 - Luna's Farm
Hidden in the trees to the left of Luna's farm patch.
9 - Moonlit Pines Ruins
To the left of the blue firepit in the very northern area of Moonlit Pines.
10 - Fiona's house
Inside Fiona's home by her spellbook.
11 - Near the Ruins
On the path towards the blue firepit, above Fiona's house and near a little stone pedestal.
12 - Moonlit Pines Waterfall
South of Luna's home, on the right side of the waterfall between the water and the staircase.
13 - Yabbis' Pond
Above the pond where Yabbis sits, among the trees to the left-hand side of the map.
14 - Luna's Barn
Inside Luna's barn, hiding behind sacks in the right corner.
All Vampster Locations in Misty Shores
There are 9 Vampsters in total that can be found in Misty Shores - here are the exact locations for all of them.
1 - Ambrosia Mansion Garden
To the left of the mansion, behind the grape vines in the garden.
2 - Moonlight Tower Garden
To the left of Moonlight Tower in the garden by a scarecrow.
3 - Moonlight Tower
Inside Moonlight Tower on the right-hand side of the room.
4 - Near Echo Cave
Located above Echo Cave at the end of the path from your farm.
5 - Near the Campfire
Across the bridge on the way to Ambrosia Mansion, in the corner by the waterfall and a campfire.
6 - Ambrosia Mansion Kitchen
Inside Ambrosia Mansion in the kitchen by a blue plant.
7 - Ambrosia Mansion Living Room
Inside Ambrosia Mansion by the grandfather clock in the living area.
8 - Ambrosia Mansion Upstairs
Upstairs in Ambrosia Mansion by a black coffin and left of the small kitchen area.
9 - Graveyard
Bottom left of the graveyard, among three graves and skills. To the left of the pier.
All Vampster Locations in Khazan Temple
There are just two little Vampsters available to find in Khazan Temple, making it a nice and easy area to clear. To locate Khazan Temple, take the path to the east of the Town Hall.
1 - By the Western Rockface
The first Khazan Temple Vampster can be found on the west side of the area, in the top left corner. From the entrance, walk north until you reach a golden pedestal. You'll see the Vampster hiding among the shrubbery by the rockface.
2 - Near the Archway
Head to the other side of the area to find the other Khazan Temple Vampster. This second Vampster is on the right side of the archway, nestled against the rock.
All Vampster Locations in Town
There are a whopping 37 Vampsters spread out throughout town, including within some of the various shops and homes. Some Vampsters are located within locations that unlock as you progress through the game, though, so you may need to keep checking back for them as you continue your playthrough.
1 - The Backroom in Howling Hammer Shop
Inside the Howling Hammer, at the room behind the shop. The Vampster is hiding behind a barrel beside the workbench.
2 - The Living Room in Howling Hammer Shop
Upstairs in the living room, the Vampster is under an anchor beside a lampshade.
3 - The Howling Hammer's Lower Right Bedroom
Another is upstairs on another floor of the Howling Hammer. Go to the lower right room until you find a table with a fan. The Vampster is between the table and a shelf.
4 - Saga's House
There's a Vampster in Saga's home by the sofa.
5 - Outside Broken Lamp Inn
At the right-most corner behind The Broken Lamp Inn in the grass.
6 - Inside Broken Lamp Inn
Another is inside The Broken Lamp Inn behind a phonograph near the couch.
7 - Outside, Near Elvira's House
Near Elvira's House. It's on the lower right-side where Elvira is usually standing.
8 - Inside Elvira's House, Under a Table
Another can be found inside Elvira's home under a table of presents and plushies covered by a ladder.
9 - Inside Elvira's House, by her Coffin
Inside Elvira's home at the edge of her coffin.
10 - The Kitchen Inside Samael's Home
Found inside Samael's Home on top of the kitchen countertop.
11 - Near the Photograph Inside Samael's Home
Another is found in the next room of Samael's Home near the phonograph.
12 - Dragan's House
Inside Dragan's house in front of the entrance beside a cactus plant.
13 - Inside the Entrance to Coffee & Coffins
Inside Coffee & Coffins. The Vampster is sitting in a basket by the entrance.
14 - Coffee & Coffins Backroom
Another is also in Coffee & Coffins. Head to the room behind the shop and the Vampster will be behind a pot of purple flowers.
15 - Coffee & Coffins Living Area
The third one in Coffee & Coffins is upstairs in the living area on the left side of the fireplace under a lampshade.
16 - Under the Lemon Tree Outside Coffee & Coffins
Under the Lemon Tree Behind Coffee & Coffins.
17 - Right Corner of the Midnight Market Cushions
At the right corner of the Midnight Market.
18 - Death's Shack on the Dock
Found at Death's Shack on the dock near the reclining chair.
19 - Webb of Wonders at the Top Right Area
Inside the Webb of Wonders at the upper right area behind the blue flower and purple flower pots.
20 - Webb of Wonders by the Stairs
Another can be found in the Webb of Wonders to the left corner before going up the stairs.
21 - Webb of Wonders Near the Divination Table
The third in the Webb of Wonders is found upstairs near the divination table.
22 - Small Tree at Crest Garden
Found at the leftmost small tree at Crest Garden.
23 - Outside Noel's House by the Dock
At the dock beside Noel's House.
24 - Upstairs in Alina's House
Inside Alina's House on a Coffin Bed upstairs.
*Take note that the one in Alina's House doesn't want to return - this Vampster wants to stay with her.
25 - Inside the Town Hall First Floor
Inside the Town Hall behind the bookcase on the upper left side of the first floor.
26 - Outside the Town Hall, on the Upper Right Path
Outside the Townhall on the path to the upper right. It's behind a tree-like plant near a bed of purple tulips.
27 - Heart-Shaped Pier
At the heart-shaped pier area on the upper right bush path.
28 - Third Eye Threads
Inside Third Eye Threads in the room behind the shop under the table by the red circular window.
29 - Henderson Family House, Behind the Couch
Inside the Henderson Family Home behind the couch with a flower pillow.
30 - Henderson Family House, Downstairs
There's another Vampster in the Henderson Family Home downstairs in the middle room on the pink bed.
31 - Museum Lobby
Right behind the lobby's desk.
32 - Museum's Supernatural Room, Beside Mermaid Exhibit
Go to the Supernatural Room and head to the end at the right. The Vampster is sitting beside the Mermaid Exhibit.
33 - Museum's Farming Room, Under a Tree
Found under a tree at the lower left side of the Farming Room.
34 - Museum's Farming Room, Upper Right Bench
Another is found in the Farming Room to the right of the entrance behind a bench under some trees.
35 - Aquatic Room in the Museum
In the Aquatic Room within a bubble to the lower left area of the room.
36 - Museum's Critter Room, Under Purple Tree
Under a purple tree to the left section of the pathway.
37 - Museum's Critter Room, Under the Right Stairs
