Luco Bronc is an Umbaran who you will meet in Star Wars Zero Company. Luco brings a unique perspective to the narrative and lore that has been explored in other Star Wars media, including the Clone Wars stories. This guide will help you learn how to meet Luco and how to best use his skills and abilities on the battlefield.
How to Get Luco Bronc
In Star Wars Zero Company, you will meet companions that are either tied to the story or that you can decide whether they can join the squad. Luco is one of those companions who will automatically join the Zero team.
You will first meet Luco on the mission Casualties of War, where you also meet another iconic Star Wars character. After completing the mission, Luco decides to join Zero Company since their quest against the Infinite Coil aligns.
Luco Bronc Best Specialization
Luco comes equipped with the Sharpshooter specialization as his default, and we recommend you keep it that way since it complements his talent.
All companions have a unique talent; for Luco, this is Combat Gas. This action increases his chance to hit and ranged damage for long-range attacks, which is perfect for the Sharpshooter abilities.

Best Secondary Specialization For Luco Bronc
Since Luco excels with long-range attacks, we recommend Scout as his secondary specialization. Scout brings ambush and reconnaissance tactics, with even more bonuses to long-range attacks.
The higher the Advantage, the more damage Scout's ultimate ability does. This ultimate works at long range and deals great damage, giving you yet another ability to control the battle from a distance.

Best Build For Luco Bronc
With his Combat Gas action, Luco will perform best when used with Sharpshooter and Scout, as previously mentioned. Before attacking, make sure to find a good spot that overlooks the battle zone, and use buff abilities such as Zero In.
Thanks to the Scout Passive Spotter ability, if a target isn't eliminated with your attack, it will still leave that target spotted and give you better chances for other team members to easily finish the job.
A good companion to have on your squad with Luco will be Jae Mordant. With her Final Shot talent, Jae can help take out targets that have been damaged by Luco without spending any Action Points.
Best Weapon for Luco Bronc
The best weapon for Luco will be the Longarm Blaster. It is the only weapon with Long-range capabilities, giving you a great combination for both the Sharpshooter and Scout specializations.
A secondary option would be the Blaster Rifle for more medium-range combat and having the second-highest damage after the Longarm.
Cross Training Priorities (Bond Perks)
With the companions, there is a Bond system that rewards Cross Training Bonuses for two characters. For Luco, we recommend you focus on the next trainings to further complement his long-range lethality:
