Big Walk: Where to Find a Megaphone (All Megaphone Locations)

Megaphones in Big Walk allow players to speak to each other across significantly greater distances than the proximity mic would otherwise allow. While using proximity chat, you'll notice that there's a distance of around two to three meters on it, which is fine for talking while travelling together, but not great if you lose each other on the mountain. This guide covers everything you'll need to know about how to find and use Megaphones in Big Walk.

Where to Find Every Megaphone in Big Walk

There are three megaphones that players can find around the mountain in Big Walk.

• Near the Yellow Tower at map coordinates 3190, 1460. Look between the 14 and 15 markers at the top of the in-game map. There's a small yellow square that's half cut-off.
• Near the Green Tower at map coordinates 3890, 2040. Specifically, it's to the southeast of the giant light green building next to the Green Tower.
• Near the Purple Tunnel at map coordinates 4490, 1990. Look on a rock formation by the coast to the far south of the map. You do not need to unlock the tunnels to reach this megaphone.

How to Get to the Megaphones

You will need at least one other person with you to collect any of the megaphones because they are sequestered away on top of yellow cube formations.

Without a second person, you won't be able to reach the top of the blocks. They're too tall for one player to jump up by themselves, so you will need to grab your friend, let them jump off your head onto a block, and then get them to pull you up behind them.

You're essentially leap-frogging each other until you reach the top.

How Far Do the Megaphones Reach?

They have quite a distance but it's difficult to give you an exact number due to the nature of the game.

However, my friend and I tested it by standing at the base of the musical puzzle near the Yellow Tower and I kept walking backwards until I couldn't hear him calling over the megaphone.

I got to the puzzle on the other side of the area, which has six microphones. These points are shown in the map above, but the screenshots give you a good visual idea of just how far that reach actually is. You can no longer see my friend in the second shot, but he hasn't moved from his position in the first shot.
