Mistfall Hunter: How To Get Combat Bags
Bag 'em!
In Mistfall Hunter, your Loadout is your sole means of protection against the monsters and your fellow Gyldhunters. Poor equipment is asking for trouble, but equally, too much good stuff is asking for trouble too.
The best way to avoid risk, but still equip yourself with the right tools for the job, is through the use of Combat Bags. Equipment that isn't technically yours; you just have a lend of it until you die using that combat bag. These are preset builds that come in different rarities, and they really take the admin out of pre-match setup. However, you may be wondering how to stock up on them. Here are some methods to get combat Bags in Mistfall Hunter.
Scavenger Squad
The most obvious and passive way to get your hands on combat Bags consistently is by making use of your Scavenger Squad. This allows you to send out Twig and X into the wilds of the Gyldenmist to pick the bones of the battlefield, bringing back guaranteed rewards.
Initially, you will only be able to send them out on runs that will grant you grey and green rarity combat Bags. But with better resources and upgrades made to this camp station, you'll be able to get your hands on decent combat Bags regularly.
In-Game Events and Quests
Mistfall will regularly send out rewards to players and will allow you to participate in events from one season to the next. All usually offer varied rewards.
This isn't always the case, but in some cases, these rewards can be Combat Bags. This might be claimed via mail, gained by levelling up your seasonal rank, or completing an in-game quest.
The Seasonal Rewards Shop
Then, lastly, you can also gain Combat Bags by completing recurring seasonal challenges, as this will require Echoes of Fate.
This is a currency that can be spent in the Fate Chart Shop, a shop that stocks selection chests and combat bags. However, these are in limited supply until the season ends and another begins. So don't expect an infinite stock.
