Mistfall Hunter: How To Get Holy Items

In Mistfall Hunter, the more valuable the loot, the better the run. You need top-tier loot to upgrade your camp and consistently equip your character with strong equipment. So, chasing Holy items is the natural end goal. 

That said, getting your hands on Holy items isn't exactly the easiest thing to do, and requires the player to put a lot on the line just for the opportunity of netting a Holy item. If you're wondering why your Solo runs in Hollowgrove haven't been fruitful, and want to fill up your Collection Pedestal for bragging rights, then consider these ways to get some Holy items. 

Take On Mistlords 

If you're looking for a pretty nailed-on way of getting a gold or holy rarity item, the best thing you can do is take on the resident Mistlord of each realm. 

These are the hardest bosses in the game, and offer the sternest test. Feeling in a lot of ways, like the monumental bosses you'd find in Elden Ring. 

But, as you would expect, if you manage to take them down, the rewards tend to be the sweetest. Giving players a pretty reasonable chance, even outside of Chaos and Cataclysm Mode, to get their hands on a Holy Item. 

The reality is that you need to be stocked with healing elixirs and have the best gear the mode will allow to stand a chance. But if you can win, there could be a Holy Item with your name on it. 

Play Chaos & Cataclysm Mode 

We already mentioned Chaos and Cataclysm Mode, but to give the uninformed a quick lesson on what these are. They are ramped-up versions of the normal Hollowgrove and Brandrgate maps. With tougher enemies, higher equipment requirements, and bigger potential rewards. 

You will need to have at least 800 Glydenblod worth of gear on you. But in truth, you'll need a whole lot more to stand a chance and get out alive. 

That said, in these modes there is a very real possibility that any elite drop, rare chest or quest reward could net you a holy item. 

Be Brave In PVP 

Realistically, this only really applies to Chaos and Cataclysm matches, as no match allows you to bring in Holy Items at the time of writing. However, there is a real chance that anyone you encounter in these modes could have found a Holy item, and could be frantically looking for a way out. 

You see, Holy items tend to exceed the value cap of your pouch. Meaning if you die, that item is up for grabs and is the spoils of the victor. 

A good option is to bide your time, wait for the Returning Chimes to activate, and then pick the bones of anyone you can take down as they try to escape. 

Loading Up Your Keychain 

Again, this will likely only be true in modes like Chaos and Cataclysm, where the items are much rarer as a whole. But, if you are playing these modes, having a few keys on hand can be a real game changer. 

This is because this gives you access to areas of the map that no one else besides other keyholders can access. Effectively giving you nearly guaranteed high-grade loot, with little chance of interference from other players. 

It's not foolproof, as these chests and containers may not be fruitful, and you still need to extract with these items. But, if you're just scrapping into Chaos and Cataclysm Mode with low gear and want to keep an equally low profile, this is the way to do it. 

Quests, Events and Rewards 

Then lastly, while this isn't a true answer, it is still technically a way to get your hands on Holy Items. 

If you complete main and side quests, work through the active contract, or claim from login rewards or  events, there is a likelihood that you'll be able to claim a limited variety of Holy Items. 

These items may be limited to the likes of Holy rarity Pouches or Kits. But, they are still very useful holy items that will, in turn, give you a better chance of extracting with Holy items in future runs.
