Palworld 1.0: How to Get Sekhmet (Location, Breeding Guide, Stats, Work, & More)
Lady Anubis!
Palworld 1.0 launched with a new series of Pals to discover throughout the Palpagos Islands, bringing the total of in-game obtainable Pals to over 200. However, if you're looking to 100% complete your Palpedia or simply track down a specific Pal for work, skill, or battling purposes, it can be tricky locating them, especially if you have not sighted that specimen before.
Sekhmet is one of the new Pals added in the 1.0 update, and a new fan-favorite at that. This Pal is the second one inspired by an Egyptian God/Goddess now, too, fitting in alongside the beloved Anubis. If you're wondering how to get Sekhmet, the best breeding possibilities, key stats and work compatibility, and more, all relevant information has been included in the guide below.
Sekhmet Location in 1.0 & How to Capture
There are two locations in which Sekhmet has a habitat in Palworld. Luckily, in both of them this Pal can be located both during the daytime and nighttime, meaning your hunt can occur at any time. The first Sekhmet location is referenced in the screenshot above, with the habitat spanning an entire small island off the coast of the volcanic island. However, you will need a decent flying Pal or Swimming Pal mount to reach it.
The second Sekhmet location is referenced in the screenshot below, and consists of a much larger habitat spanning a huge portion of the main desert Island.
Can You Get Sekhmet Through Breeding? - All Possible Combinations
Yes, Sekhmet is a Pal that can be obtained by breeding two specific Pals together in a ranch. By breeding one male and one female Pal from any of the pairings listed below, you will gain an egg that is guaranteed to hatch into Sekhmet.
| Pal 1 | Pal 2 |
|---|---|
| Bakemi | Necromus |
| Incineram Noct | Starryon Primo |
| Anubis | Nyafia |
| Anubis | Icelyn |
| Ophydia | Prixter |
| Astegon | Palumba |
| Moldron | Sootseer |
Alternatively, Sekhmet can also be obtained by hatching a Large Rocky Egg. Eggs can be found randomly around the world whilst exploring the Palpagos Islands, so make sure to keep an eye out while you're out and about farming dungeons, completing quests, or exploring your surroundings!
Sekhmet Stats, Skills, Drops, & Work Suitability
In Palworld, Sekhmet is a pure Ground type Pal with a base stat lineup of 110 HP, 100 Melee Attack, 115 Magic Attack, and 100 Defense.
Sekhmet's Partner Skill is called Desert Empress, providing a boost to Anubis' work speed while the two are both assigned to your base. If Sekhmet is working at a workbench, workshop, or related facilities, Anubis receives an even greater boost.
| Pal | Partner Skill | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Sekhmet | Desert Empress | While at base, boosts Anubis's work speed. Increases efficiency if Sekhmet is also working at a Workbench, Workshop, or other related facilities. |
Sekhmet Work Suitability
Sekhmet is a Pal with three compatible work Types - Handiwork, Transporting, and Mining. Pair this with the useful Partner Skill, and both Sekhmet and Anubis make some very reliable workers for your base.
Sekhmet has a level 6 Handiwork, meaning it is perfect for helping to craft all of your necessities such as Pal Spheres, Ammunition, and the various facilities and structures that you'll need to set up around your base. Sekhmet also has a level 2 Transporting stat, meaning it can also help out with moving items to and from storage as needed. Lastly, Sekhmet has Level 3 Mining, meaning it can help farm for ores.
