Mistfall Hunter has a heck of a lot of currencies to get your head around, from Star Silver to Soul Souls to Slag. However, one of the simplest ones to understand is Gyldenblod.

This serves as in-game money and allows you to do a lot of things when back at camp. But you may be wondering as you sit there with a Gyldjar full to the brim. What should you spend it all on?

Well, allow me to guide you. Here are the best ways to invest your Gyldenblod.

Camp Upgrades

The main way to progress your character and gain permanent buffs and rewards that will make you more consistently powerful from run to run, without needing to spend oodles of Gyldenblod, is by upgrading your camp.

There are ten camp assets that can be upgraded, asking for a select amount of resources per rank either found in Hollowgrove or Brandrgate. But you will also need to pay Gyldenblod for each upgrade.

Spend At The Shop

Once you upgrade the shop at camp, it can be quite a valuable asset indeed, as you will gain access to the Premium, Tactical, and Secret shop, which will allow you to buy great items for your next run without needing to stockpile them after successful runs.

If you need a bunch of Healing Elixirs, this is where you want to go. Plus, if you want to make a little coin back and don't want to wait for the auction to close, this is a quick-selling option.

Win Big At The Auction House

The auction house is essentially a player market where you can list items for other players to buy, and buy items from other players.

If you're willing to bide your time, this is a great place to get better deals on materials and equipment. But it's also a way to buy rare items without needing to rely on RNG in matches to give you what you need.

Repair Equipment

If you extract more than you die out in the field, and you hold onto your equipment for a long time, you'll realize that weapons and armor deteriorate with each use, and once they reach 0%, they're gone for good.

To repair items, you need to head to the Workshop, where Draam will repair items for a fee dependent on their condition and their rarity.

Forge New Items

Draam doesn't just fix items; he can create them too. Working at his Forge, he can create weapons, armor, and Gem Affixes if you have the right materials and the Gyldenblod to pay for his services.

This fee will rise depending on the rarity of the item you want him to make.

Change Your Class

Players will be able to choose whatever class they like at the start of the game. But once you're locked in, you'll need to pay 1,500 Gyldenblod for the privilege of switching to another.

There is a cooldown period of one hour, and you do have the option to revert to your old class if you choose without paying an additional 1,500 Gyldenblod, but you will lose the initial investment.

A good way to test the classes you want before making this switch is to start a second character from the main menu screen.

Change Your Appearance

Lastly, if you didn't spend as much time making your character look as pretty and perfect as you could have in the opening minutes of your Mistfall adventure, there is the option to change your look.

This is done via the Gyldenpool at camp, where players will be able to alter their physical appearance, and when finished, will need to pay 1,000 Gyldenblod to make those changes permanent.
