Since the release of Palworld 1.0, there have been new passives that change the game and old passives that are more important than ever. To help point you in the right direction, we’ve compiled a list of the best Pal Passives in Palworld 1.0 for farming, combat, and exploration.
Best Farming & Work Passives
- Remarkable Craftsmanship: Work Speed +75%.
- Motivational Leader: +25% Player Work Speed.
- Babysitter: Egg Production and Incubation Speed +30% for Pals assigned to a Breeding Farm while at a base.
- Ranch Master: Increases Pal Farming work suitability by +2.
- Demon’s Hand: Work Speed +90%. SAN decreases 15% faster. World Tree resources will not vanish when approached.
If you’re looking for the best overall Passive for speeding up Pal’s work speed, aim for Remarkable Craftsmanship, as it increases Work Speed by 75%. Meanwhile, if you want you as a player to be able to work faster, get a Pal with Motivational Leader, which can increase Player Work Speed by 25%.
For improved breeding, get Babysitter to increase Egg Production and Incubation Speed by 30%. This will make hatching eggs and breeding in general a lot faster than before. For general farming, Ranch Master will increase Pal Farming work suitability by +2. This way, your Pals can work for more bases than usual.
