Big Walk: How to Solve the Green Structure Puzzle
3...2...1...pull the lever!
In Big Walk, players first enter a smaller open area to help one another learn basic mechanics such as how to set off flares if you get lost, how to locate and complete different types of puzzles, and then what to do when you get your puzzle rewards.
The main objective of this first open location is to complete all puzzles in the area and collect the red buoys as a prize to place them in the compartment at the beach. Doing so will unlock a key that enables you to explore the rest of the world. If you're wondering how to complete the green structure puzzle in the initial area for Big Walk, this guide walks you through everything you'll need to know.
How to Complete the Green Structure Puzzle in Big Walk
The green structure puzzle is located within the first area in Big Walk. It will be a while until you can get a portable map item, let alone access to a map at all, so to help guide you, a screenshot showing the approximate path has been included in the screenshot above. From the initial spawn room tunnel, head in the Nortwestern direction, past the blue room puzzle. Eventually, you should come across a very large green box-like structure.
At first glance, it may not seem like this structure has much to offer - yet it still has a red buoy locked in place. The objective for this puzzle is one of simple timing with the aid of a friend. There are two levers located on pillars of this structure. You will need to position one player at each of these levers. Their exact location on the structure has been included in the image below.
To solve the puzzle, both players must pull the levers within the same timeframe. It may not have to be at the exact same time, but there is a slim window. If you are too slow, it will malfunction and the red button will light up.
Because this is a timing-based puzzle, it's better to try and do it at night. With the way audio currently functions in the game, it can be hard to hear one another from across the gap, so the visual indicator can be handy. Trying to complete it at night time makes it nearly impossible to see and count things down properly, unless you both have lanterns by your side.
Once both levers have been flipped, the button will flash green, and confetti will fall down around you. After this, the red buoy will fall free for you to claim.
Where to Take the Red Buoy
Once you have the Buoy, grab it and walk back the way you came, and then follow the river down to the dressing room where you can change your appearance. Continue in the same direction beyond this room and you will hit a stretch of beach.
Here you will find a compartment with a series of buttons and containers. One player must press the button to open the container, and the other will need to place the red buoy inside. There are four buoys in total to collect from nearby puzzles. Once you have them all, you can unlock a key that enables you to progress further into a new area.
