You can get to the Illusionist's Cache dungeon by jumping to the island via the teleport gate near the Outskirts of Nochte Beacon in the northwestern region of the map. Upon entering the dungeon, take down the two priest monsters first.
Although it looks like a dead end, you can reveal the way through by breaking the wooden boxes in front of the illusion gate. Stepping through the gate reveals the passage to the next room.
This next room has a lot going on, but the first thing you should do is break the next set of boxes on the left. Behind them is a fake wall. Hit the wall to reveal a hidden passage.
Two more priests are lurking here, so defeat them and climb up the stairs. Break more boxes blocking your path, then you'll see another illusory gate.
Reach this gate by shooting the hanging bell with your sidearm. This will cause a stone path to appear for you to walk across and head through the gate.
The room has changed, causing the open pit in the ground to fill in. You can now step behind the pillar and hit it to push it onto the pressure plate on the ground. You'll hear something shift, but you won't be able to do anything about it in this current room.
Now go back up the stairs to the illusory gate and step through it once more. The hole has returned, but so has the passage beside the pillar that has now opened. Open the chest in this next room to obtain the Shuddering Stone, a Tarstone that makes your projectiles generate a Knockback shockwave.
Before you leave this dungeon, there's another fake wall behind this chest marked by white paint. Hit the wall to reveal the spire that replenishes your Resolve, and hit the wall beside it to fight one last priest and a Dorsalite. You can use Dorsalite to upgrade your weapons at the Tarforge in Marrow Keep.
