Balanced All-Rounder Lineup
| Operator | Specializations | Primary Weapon | Unique Talent | Talent | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hawks | Sharpshooter/Gunslinger | Longarm Blaster | Fearless Leader - Improves Assist Damage and Defense for all Operators. | Cold Blooded - Provides Vicious stacks, which improves his ability to land Critical Hits and makes his high-damage Longarm shots more threatening. | Main Damage Dealer |
| Jae Mordant | Medic/Assault | Blaster Rifle | Final Shot - Automatically assists and eliminates low-health enemies. | Grit - Provides temporary Invulnerable stacks, which help Jae survive while supporting the squad. | Support & Finisher |
| Trick | Soldier/Scout | DC-17M | For My Brothers - Automatically revives Trick after being Downed. | Anticipation - Provides Evasion stacks, which improve his survivability while he moves into flanking positions. | Advantage Generation |
| Tel-Rea Vokoss | Padawan / Wayseeker | Dual Lightsabers | Strong with the Force - Builds Harmony each turn to improve Deflection and attack damage. | A Life of Labor - Provides additional Health and Defense, with higher ranks also improving Melee and Critical Hit Damage. | Crowd Control & Disruptor |
Hawks acts as the team's main ranged damage dealer, using the Sharpshooter/Gunslinger combination with a Longarm Blaster to consistently pressure enemies. His Fearless Leader talent also improves Assist Damage and Defense for the entire squad, so he provides value even when it’s another Operator’s attacking turn.
Jae provides the defensive backbone of the team through Medic, while Assault gives her additional offensive options. Her Final Shot is useful for finishing enemies that Hawks or Trick have already weakened. Trick then ties the composition together by using Scout to generate Advantage through Combat Recon, which gives the squad more opportunities to activate powerful abilities.
Finally, Tel-Rea provides crowd control, which allows her to Push or Pull enemies out of cover or into firing lanes. This combination gives the team answers for almost every type of encounter. That is why this is the most well-rounded lineup of the three, because every Operator has a clearly defined role while still being capable of dealing damage.
Aggressive Damage Lineup
| Operator | Specializations | Primary Weapon | Unique Talent | Talent | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cly Kullervo | Warrior/Scout | Blaster Pistol | Combat Jump - Jumps up to a target location, pushing enemies and inflicting Burn. | Cold Blooded - Grants Vicious stacks to improve Critical Hit potential and maximize her burst damage. | AoE & Primary Damage Dealer |
| Hawks | Medic/Scout | Blaster Rifle | Fearless Leader - Improves Assist Damage and Defense for the entire squad. | Anticipation - Builds Evasion and can eventually provide the defensive bonus to allies. | Support & Advantage Generation |
| Tel-Rea Vokoss | Padawan / Wayseeker | Dual Lightsabers | Strong with the Force - Builds Harmony to improve Deflection and attack damage. | A Life of Labor - Improves Health and Defense while eventually gaining Melee and Critical Hit Damage. | Crowd Control |
| Astromech Droid | Astromech / Analytics | NA | Built-In Comlink - Astromech-exclusive Universal Talent that provides additional AP to allies and gains additional uses through upgrades. | NA | AP & Utility |
Cly is the main damage dealer with Warrior/Scout specs, as she can generate consistent Advantage through her kill chains. Her Electro Web abilities deal heavy AoE damage, and you can deal even more burst damage with Scatter Gun as a utility item. Her Combat Jump provides exceptional mobility, which lets her reposition without triggering Overwatch. Moreover, Electro Surge costs 4 Advantage and 0 AP, and can crit a lot to deal even more damage.
Hawks takes on a more supportive role in this composition, as he helps generate Advantage while providing healing and buffs through Medic. Likewise, Tel-Rea complements Cly extremely well with her Push and Pull abilities, as they can force enemies into positions where Cly can hit more targets with her Electroweb Darts.
Lastly, Astromech provides another layer of utility by providing additional AP, scanning enemies, and carrying specialized items. This makes the lineup effective when you need to deal with large groups or out-of-sight enemies. So, if you prefer to overwhelm groups of enemies with aggressive positioning and AoE damage, this lineup is for you.
Single-Target Damage Lineup
| Operator | Specializations | Primary Weapon | Unique Talent | Talent | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hawks | Sharpshooter / Gunslinger | Longarm Blaster | Fearless Leader - Improves Assist Damage and Defense for all Operators | Cold Blooded - Provides Vicious stacks for stronger Critical Hit potential. | Primary DPS |
| Cly Kullervo | Warrior / Gunslinger | Blaster Pistol | Combat Jump - Provides rapid repositioning while pushing enemies and applying Burn. | A Life of Labor - Adds Health and Defense while improving Melee and Critical Damage at higher ranks. | Burst Damage |
| Trick | Soldier / Scout | DC-17M | For My Brothers - Allows Trick to automatically revive after being Downed | Anticipation - Builds Evasion to make his aggressive positioning safer. | Advantage Generation |
| Tel-Rea Vokoss | Padawan / Wayseeker | Dual Lightsabers | Strong with the Force - Builds Harmony to improve Deflection and attack damage. | Grit - Provides Invulnerable stacks and additional Max Health. | Crowd Control & Finisher |
This lineup is designed around turning Advantage into overwhelming single-target damage. Trick's Scout specialization is the engine behind the composition, as it generates Advantage that can be spent on the team's strongest abilities. His ability to move into flanking positions and apply Spotted is a useful tool for picking off enemies.
Hawks then converts those opportunities by dealing heavy ranged damage with Sharpshooter/Gunslinger and a Longarm Blaster. Cly, with her Warrior/Gunslinger spec combo, is another major source of burst damage and can switch between close-range aggression and ranged attacks depending on the situation. Her Combat Jump also lets her reach targets that Hawks cannot easily access.
Likewise, Tel-Rea completes the setup by manipulating enemy positioning with Push and Pull and using her lightsabers when enemies are within reach. The result is a highly aggressive team that can generate Advantage and isolate priority targets. This lineup can combine multiple Operators' attacks to remove dangerous enemies before they can threaten the squad.
Melee & Ranged Balance Lineup
| Operator | Specializations | Primary Weapon | Unique Talent | Talent | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hawks | Sharpshooter / Gunslinger | Longarm Blaster | Fearless Leader - Improves Assist Damage and Defense for all Operators. | Cold Blooded - Provides Vicious stacks to improve Critical Hit potential. | Ranged Damage Dealer |
| Kabb Uppercut | Assault / Soldier | Repeater | Uppercut - Knockback melee attack that refunds AP when it defeats the target. | A Life of Labor - Improves Health and Defense while providing Melee and Critical Damage at higher ranks. | Melee Damage Dealer |
| Trick | Scout / Heavy | Blaster Pistol | For My Brothers - Allows Trick to withstand being Downed and automatically revive on the next turn. | Anticipation - Provides Evasion stacks for additional survivability. | Advantage Generation |
| Tel-Rea Vokoss | Padawan / Wayseeker | Dual Lightsabers | Strong with the Force - Builds Harmony to improve Deflection and attack damage. | Grit - Provides Invulnerable stacks and additional Max Health. | Crowd Control & Disruptor |
This lineup is a well-rounded mix of ranged damage, melee pressure, Advantage generation, and crowd control. Hawks serves as the main long-range damage dealer with his Longarm Blaster, while Kabb deals close-range damage through his Assault abilities and can use Bull Rush to engage enemies or reposition himself. His Soldier specialization is an extra offensive option when melee attacks are not ideal.
Trick is the team's Advantage generator and tank. His Scout specialization lets him build Advantage efficiently, while the Blaster Pistol lets him make multiple low-AP attacks during a turn. This gives the squad a steady supply of Advantage for powerful abilities without requiring every Operator to focus on generating it.
Lastly, Tel-Rea provides solid crowd control and enemy repositioning. Her Force Push and Pull can move enemies out of cover, push them away from vulnerable teammates, or pull them into better positions for Hawks and Kabb to attack. Her Lightsabers are also a strong source of melee damage when enemies get too close. Together, these Operators can handle enemies at different ranges while supporting their strongest attacks.
